Q: Who can I contact for support with my KTE test?
A: Please contact the university, corporation, or other institution that signed you up for your KTE assessment.
Q: Which devices can I use to complete my assessment?
A: For the Speaking section of the test, test takers must use a desktop computer or laptop. KTE’s microphone plugin does not support iOS devices. Additionally, if the assessment includes a Reading section, we recommend using a tablet or laptop, as reading on a phone can cause eye fatigue. For all other sections of the test, test takers can use desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices. KTE supports iOS and Android devices and up-to-date browsers.
